The BCBA/IBA office. IBA stands for International Behavior Analysts. The BACB, Behavior Analyst Certification Board, does not allow people outside of the U.S., Canada, and select European countries to become BCBAs. The Autism Compassion Africa staff found this out the hard way. Despite having all of their supervision hours and University degrees, the BACB denied them from taking the exam in 2021. Instead they took exams and received certification as IBAs through the IBO (International Behavior Organization). It's fucking bullshit. These people are better behavior analyst than most BCBAs back in America. Sorry not sorry. End of Rant

The favorite part of any clinic or school....the swing set/playground.

More playground. So um did we as a society just stop building monkey bars into playgrounds? They were easily my favorite piece of equipment as a kid. Are they too risky? Parents chime in.....
