Day 3: Same but Different

Things in Ghana are more similar to the U.S. than I anticipated:

Last night's dinner: Lettuce, carrots, peas, olives salad (no nightshades). Boiled Yams and Chicken. No sugar, LFG

The kitchen where the clinic 'chef' prepares my rice, pieces of sausage, carrots, egg, and plantains. Today there happened to be shishito pepper sauce on it. I took one bite and instantly knew it was fish based. As someone who doesn't eat fish I panicked but still ate the entire plate. I was in too deep and had to respect my commitment to the macro nutrient tracking cult.

Iron spontaneously pulls us over to drink cocunuts. I'm addicted to reviewing beverages takes sip of coffee and fights the itch to review it  Are drinks the easiest food in the world to review? Food reviews would require chewing. Go Sox in the background.
