After a long flight it was time to make my way to Cape Coast:

Driving through some small villages created a large challenge.

The view from one side of my little terrace overlooks some of the historical Cape Coast architecture and castles. Some of the most prominent transatlantic slave trade took place here. I'll be visiting/touring these sites later in the trip in what should be a powerful experience.
